Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with this bracelet. The clasp keeps opening on its own, and the bracelet constantly falls off my wrist. I’m always worried about losing it because it doesn’t stay securely closed. For this reason, I’m disappointed with the quality and wouldn’t recommend it.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. This bracelet uses a box clasp with an additional safety lock. Because silver is a relatively soft metal, both parts may loosen slightly with repeated use, but they are easy to adjust:

1) Gently pull the two layers of the clasp insert slightly apart so it fits more firmly inside the box clasp.
2) Gently pinch the safety lock a little tighter so it closes securely.
