Answer Description
Is your jewelry solid sterling silver or silver plated?
All our products are made of solid sterling silver or fine silver, as described on the product pages.
Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, primarily copper and steel. Fine silver contains at least 99% silver.
We accept any third party authoritative inspection.
Will your silver jewelry tarnish?
Yes. All silver tarnishes.
When silver comes into contact with oxygen or sulfur, the surface of the silver oxidizes and becomes dull.
We will send silver polishing cloth and silver polishing bar with the jewelry. The silver polishing cloth is used to polish the surface of silver jewelry, and the silver polishing bar can help you remove tarnishes from the surface of silver jewelry.
Is your jewelry hallmarked?
Most of our products are hallmarked.
Sterling silver products are hallmarked 925 or S925.
Fine silver products are hallmarked 990 or 足银 (“Pure Silver” in Chinese).
Thai hill tribe silver is not hallmarked.
In a few cases, there is no hallmark because there is no suitable location for a hallmark in the design of the product.
Our silver jewelry is guaranteed to be authentic, whether it is hallmarked or not. We accept any third-party inspection.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products are made in China.
We work with the most qualified silver jewelry manufacturers in South China. Our products come directly from the factories without any middlemen. That's why we can sell premium silver jewelry at affordable prices.
A small portion of our products are hill tribe silver from northern Thailand. They are handmade using original tools and techniques passed down through generations.
